Deposits
Your $300 deposit is refundable when we wish you the best in your next move and you’ve taken care of your home. $350 non-refundable amenity fee.
Pet Friendly Apartments
Wheelhouse welcomes your four-legged family members, up to two pets per home. Pet Rent is $50 per dog and $35 per cat. A $500 non-refundable admin fee will apply. Dogs up to 80 lbs. are welcome (some breed restrictions apply).
Parking
We offer ample open parking at no charge and Garage Parking at $40 per month.
